As a sentimental guy with a heart for Africa, I am no stranger to teary jerking. From a historical perspective, this humongous regional project is arguably one of the most significant one in the context of post colonial sub Saharan economic development with lasting impact meaning it is better than a thousand IMF handouts. African can now sustain prosperity because of the proven treasures discovered over more than a decade.
