Hi Defabstar,

Not sure if you really need a job given your CER holdings going up so nicely!

I have an unpaid job for you though, or for SWAP, or for anyone that can do it properly.

What does the litigation insurance cover exactly eg

- lower limits
- upper limits
- director liability versus company liability
- cross claims against auditor
- out of court settlements

Its possibly the one big ? not yet properly addressd on this forum.

I have further moral questions which I don't expect to get answered such as why should new investors today pay for anything that happened years ago.

How can the shareholders be held liable in other words morally? Directors invovled yes, auditor that signed off quite possibly too, but mum and dad investors that would not have the first clue about debt classifications being held liable for such issues?

Anyway next mediation meeting is not until November from memory.
