I'm not sure how long you have been around, but I was here and I commented more than 12months ago when they said they were pursuing other projects.
If you are referring to this post "I wonder why they didn't wait to raise capital until after PEP-11's nopta announcement.... I have a feeling I know why." That is not "fear inducing", (it's literally what is happening, if you think reality is "fear-inducing" than I feel sorry for you) and it also did not make any assertions as to what the raise was for in that post.
