Thats a reasonable statement ie preferred tenderer.?
But I have done just a brief look into OHB ,started 1958,approx 3000 employees,revenue of approx $1b euro's ,currently building sweden some satellites.Some connection to SES etc etc.It sounds solid,then I read comments from OHB CEO Marco Fuchs who said he looks forward to working with spacelink etc.

The comments made by the OHB ceo in article sound more than just being the preferred tenderer,including cornerstone investment.
But agree why one week,but i guess its better than 30 days,maybe some pressure for some type of update,but i'd siggest its more than an update. .
If i could read German I would read up on OHB website news.
