Without getting into the intricacies of the situation, basically it is suspected that PLS and POSCO are yet to agree on JV terms due to a number of factors changing surrounding the lithium market since the original announcement back in 2019. One of the theories that is thrown around on here alot is that PLS are now wanting a higher price for their spod than POSCO had originally envisaged. Hopefully we will find out in the coming months and it will be a positive outcome for all.
