Looks like I wasn't off the mark. Too many convoluted wheels turning with very high risk attached. Don't think that the market doesn't understand. It does, but this is like investing in a bio tech.
The market will re-rate when there's revenue to show and not letters of credit.
I'd be happy to reinvest on an upswing and preserve capital rather than speculate on a stock that's still looking really sick.
