    So As a newbie at investing and for other's Maybe Steve ? can someone explain why with such a great acquisition and growth story why would the price not go up If its a great deal which I'm sure it is Every time we get good news the market seems to say know but we all but BMF know where this heading .

    Second question when Kaddy fully integrated will they be in a position to offer dividends .
