Closest thing you'll see to virtual confirmation at least a 13% tariff coming on Chinese NdFeB, just as the US has done similar Sino trade manipulation aluminum & steel.

Just hate how this is grinding along so slowly as China builds on its massive advantage RE but at least that is confirmation Sleepy Joe is grinding away in the right direction, unlike those stupid politicians tax & cash incentives promoting unsustainable production.

Japanese proved up the right model with Lynas, support CapEx but stay tough OpEx, build sustainability, Japanese simply didn't anticipate paste 12 months price appreciation, taken their bat 'n ball and scurried home. Germans were looking to follow that lead, up to the point they finally realised exactly what their complacency is going to cost them, you'll see them revert to second stringers ~4 weeks.
