I cannot see any material issues. The mining rights are clear (due to legal framework with the owner of the land) and there are also no environmental issues as no chemicals are used and it is an underground mine.

I know that legal and bureaucratic hurdles in the European Union especially in Germany and Australia are a nightmare but that's the way it is.

Lithium is on the list of commodities where the EU wants to achieve self sufficiency. You need to get a mine to achieve it.
