This Ann, to me looks like a re-boot.

it seems like they have accepted the past, pushed it aside and this is how the company should be run.

I have seen this kind of thing happen before in companies.. If they have the rite person at the helm this can be very successful.

The moves from Mike, so far have been muted. But that is what they could look like for someone who is sitting behind a computer, re-designing a business model.. when you have a model, instead of la-se-fair management and hoping that things will happen, and trying to produce sales.

having a plan and a direction, should be very positive.. but make no mistake, if this is a re-boot.. it will take time for the change to happen, and perhaps for previous customers who were turned off the company for some reason, may come back for a second look…. If this is an attempt at re-boot and old management are on some level still in control.. this could amount to nothing.

time will tell.. time will also tell who have the patience.
