Servicing loans will be the big problem going forward.
We had a housing boom,prices went ballistic.
The boom is over,we haven't had the bust as yet but its coming.
The massive stimulus just put it off for awhile.
We have downward pressure on wages,a slowing economy and people up to their eyeballs in debt.
It is the perfect storm.
Young people lulled into buying houses for $400k+ wont know what hit them.
