What would I think? - Great. Predictable, sensible business - a quick fund raising resulting in a 10% gain in issued holdings at a slight discount and then on with the next phase of drilling. Much better than this nonsense.
Dilution delusion. How anyone can think this RI is in the best interest of shareholders is beyond me.
