I have absolutely no experience in M&A. But I have run a company on a shoestring. And I know how to be frugal when money is tight. This move does not reek of frugality. I have the greatest respect for WP and his achievements. but running a very big company is very different from operating with bare bones. Wayne does a great job of it most of the time. But I have flown aircraft a bit. I know that when you are running short of fuel one doesn't go looking for ways of burning more. In my humble view I am keen on becoming a manufacturer and seller. Just my view. I have read your postings with great respect Eire but descending to sarcasm and personal attacks diminishes the thrust of your argument son.
