There might have been more than one buyer in which case their identity will not necessarily be revealed any time soon. It's interesting to note that the biggest block trade - yesterday's - was 4.96% so it might have been kept below the threshold intentionally. I can't find a recent top 20, but 4.96% would be enough to get them on there, even if they don't need to announce it. If Toro don't regularly publish the top 20 we could be waiting until November 2022 for the 2021-22 Annual Report.
