I think you miss the point sandune.
I have no intention of selling my RE. It's a buy and hold strategy. Of course, if prices slump then at the appropriate time I shall buy some more.
What I find really fascinating is how "everybody knows" that RE is about to crash. It's a bit of the bellboy phenomenon.
I'm happy to stick to my own strategy. It's worked so far for more than 30 yrs of RE investing.
