Interesting. Wonder whether anybody else has noticed this. Richard keeps making reference to WaaS (Water As A Service) in America every chance he gets in the last few public presentations. I find this reference to USA out of place especially when the limelight should be on PS3 when it is going to be the biggest MABR plant IN THE WORLD up to this point of time, unless something is really afoot in the USA.
Is this hint worth heeding?
