Rail does have some upside.....but do we really want to make it easier for others to get RP to Market.
Ease of Delivery into a deep water port is MAKs advantage for low volumes and will still be an advantage if we build a dedicated slurry line to TC.
If a rail line goes in it makes all the other Phosphate plays in the basin more viable.....do we really want that for some frieght royalty???? if their stripping ratios are lower we need to keep every cost advantage we can.
