The shares showing in your comsec account are most likely the ones you applied for in the IPO. The In specie distribution from AXE shares hasn't been allocated yet from what i see.
The IPO does look like it was scaled back to around 70% of what you applied for, so that figure you have applied for 15,000 shares sounds about right
Best to log onto Automic Share Registry and you will see the exact movement in holdings.
