Quite a few things can be said about the release.
    1. getting people on board who know the difference, how much industry connected are they? can someone check out their linkedin?
    2. Mercy. Not a peep from you know who.
    3. the first section is a fail. The first BP I ever wrote - I had to ask for template. Rule 1 in the template - was NEVER say "China needs gazzilions and if we can get 2% we will all be rich "...ruined said Hanrahan." , Basically a newbie error. I avoided that one. My effort was reveiwed by teir 1 firm, (a moment I thought "yep we are stuffed"), but the cheque for $30k turned up.. from Government. I am adamant about this because to suggest there is a cement market for example..there are multiple segments of it, the same in all industry, another example "we are going into the plumbing business". Which bit valves, pipes, installation, manufacturing, sales, housing or utility supply. You get the idea. The master batch for example..who is their end customer before you even talk to the MB, cement et al.

For me what is missing is the statement about where in these sectors they actually see the final product containing graphene. Focussed on what? This forces you to do thought experiments on what problems might be. Meet these companies and you don't know more about those companies than they do? Its a fail. The solution, you do in-house work and present your results on how you made their product better. Now that is a jaw dropper at a meeting. Your experiments don't even need to be lab quality, the fact you tried matters.

My issue with FGR day one has been they operate as apparatchiks rather than entrepreneurial, they think they do/are, but none of the previous ever have been. There is lot to be said for using a lollipop stick and paper cup in-house before you open your big yap. Another personal example, I saw how someone was doing something and prepared it at home. Yes, it was a jury-rigged half-assed effort but I told them at the meeting and how I realised the secret, and as I said my piece they said the same thing. "You have to make sure you are at right temperature". You can guess how the meeting went as they felt we were now colleagues.

Back to cement. FGR have done as I described above. Why no resulting sales? Clearly FGR has never bothered to find the customers "Hot button". It is NEVER enough to say here is a result, dislike as much as you want, but to get people over the line, who are already comfortable what they do and you are seeking them to change, you must show them the whole business plan. They will tear apart, but that means you already got into their heads. Ego comes to the fore and they start telling you what it should be. Now you are cooking. If there are claims FGR has done this, then there is opportunity to narrow down, what the hell is wrong with the rest of our approach. (The "New directions" is scant on what went wrong and not a whole lot on what they do differently. How do I know? Where is the ...

"We have learned a lot from our previous efforts and the review focusses on how we can do better." Followed by a list.

    That's how I know.

"With these industry expert skillsets, First Graphene is better positioned to accelerate global adoption of the PureGRAPH® product range and grow revenue."

What this tells me is that they have no idea where it has been going wrong and hopefully new hires have a better idea. As yet, the ideas are unknown, probably still finding their feet and which way the wind blows. The bastards have blown up my guess that the sp might get some traction between Sept and January.
