Given this announcement, what are peoples views on biomining or bioleaching REE’s? Any Geos? Can we assume the capital costs of bioleaching processing to be cheaper than traditional REE processing plants? The environmental benefits are obvious… With academics still trying to find the best extraction methods technical obstacles remain but could bioleaching of REE feedstock be a possible pathway for ARR?
