    banks arn't going to roll over with any upside for themselves...

    read GR's comments, 90% is a certainy either by conversion(which will be voted on)or via redemption clause..

    I got out of cnp @5c and into cer @2.9c because of these comments..i suggest you read the redemption clause over and over..
