I just watched Rob and Ken’s presentations again today and it struck me that there is no mention of BrainChip technology patents.
I think they should have a single slide on the patents and talk to it with an explanation as much as possible of how it disadvantages competitors (ie. competitors may as well come to BrainChip for our IP rather than spend millions of dollars trying to circumvent the patents), I’d imagine institutional investors would consider the patents very valuable when attempting to do their own assessments / valuations.
