Pretty straight forward. Not as complicated as they seem.
if you have 1000 shares you'll get 100 loyalty options for free.
those 100 loyalty options have a strike price of 4.5c.
you will execute these options and pay 4.5c only if the share price is above 4.5c come expiry or any date up to expiry.
your profit is the difference between the strike price and the current share price
