Just putting this one out there, from my vast experience at throwing money at dead end mining stocks, it seems mostly companies do a deal ie take over, merger, collaboration etc and then go to maket to raise funds for said deal. If Serepta wanted a deal, wouldn't they get it on writing first before going to market? Or does biotech operate under a different set of rules?
