I wonder if they changed it through shareholder complaints? I know i for one write to BCN and questioned the RI and the way it worked, as when it was first realised there was so much confusion and so many different idea's of what it was about.
I questioned about the fact of having to buy all or nothing, and about selling down to be able to purchase in etc.
Maybe they recieved an abudent of emails/corrospondence in regards to this and thats why the change?
