Maybe the conspiracy is that they really were thinking of shareholders from the beginning, but came across as quite the opposite. Look at it from another point of veiw (playing devils advocate here)
But maybe just maybe...
The know what they have is good..real good, and could of obviously done a RI further down the track and made more money and less dilution, but maybe they were thinking of us mere shareholders and thought...why dont we reward these "loyal" holders and give them a discount of 2.2 to say thankyou for standing by us and believing in us and then we can all reap the rewards together?
Possible? probably not likely but still possible :)
On one note though i DO take them changing the RI as a positive - this shows they are listening to us, as you said Happycats alot of people would of contacted them in regards to the RI and them changing shows they want to look after the shareholder and listen to our feedback..
yes..no..maybe?
