In Australia in the not to distant future COVID positive people might be sent home for a while.
Fair Work might issue advisories around workplace safety that employers need to comply with.
Things like workplace audits and appropriate ventilation might be appropriate.

There will most likely be periodically updated vaccinations to keep up with variants.
Maybe the dominant variant will be less serious over time.
Other more deadly variants may pop up regionally and be controlled in that region.
