One week to go before the end of the quarter when we were all meant to hear the result of the Data Room. The silence is deafening unfortunately. The facts though haven't changed throughout the process - a BFS has already been done, the rocks haven't been taken away, global demand for the ore still exists.
What I have heard on the grapevine is interesting. #1 A late comer to the Data Room has emerged - SPH are going to give them extra time to have a look - if this is the case then I am sure that the company would be obliged to update the mkt on this fact - watch this space. #2 is far more interesting in that it creates one hell of a quandary - the Insto shareholders are digging in their heals and saying that they really aren't interested in selling at anywhere (and I mean anywhere) near current levels. What does that do to the SP????? No bidder emerges from Data Room = SP goes down. But - Mkt listens to Instos view on value that should drive SP up!! What to do????? Nothing I suspect until we are all informed.
