The current CEO has 30 plus years experience in the Uranium industry in the United States.
The previous CEO had no prior Uranium experience and I think he was on around 700k per annum AU. And we all know how that ended.
Test the market and see how much a CEO with that level of experience is paid. There would be extremely few people with his level of specific experience available.
