I agree. lets assume MMX settle out of court. i'm guessing if its a decent amount, CHM will jump quickly and MMX will drop. no? so would it be as straight forward as to sell chm after then and then buy some cheaper MMX and look forward to the future growth with a strong company. or am i just being optimistic? :P
