Well, the "opinion" as you put it was in an article you posted. if you want to post CDC data, do it instead.
If the effect is diminishing, obviously vaccinated people can
not spread as much as unvaccinated.
But the CDC report linked in the article doesn't make a definite statement (my bold):

"
You want to use the article and then tell me I can't use it as the CDC data doesn't agree with it!
