    deal 2...i was trying to stir you sentia. The odds of qpn returning cash to shareholders instantly is laughable!

    i think we will see a combo...few cash deals at 70 + per acre, few farmout free carries...and a piece of land giveaway to avoid the rentals

    time will tell...cross your fingers and toes...
