The metrics 4DS and Western Digital set out to achieve under the JDA have been met (retention, endurance, speed and yield). We know this because 4DS and imec no longer plan to produce any non platform lots.
What we know is 4DS have exceeded SCM near DRAM speed requirements and were again able to improve those speeds by an order of one magnitude (x10). If in the event they come out on Monday and provide what they provided to Western Digital that the speed of DRAM has been cracked then the share price has no upper limit.
This is all about the metrics, 4DS just need to clearly inform the market so they can put a value on it.
