    If you read the announcement, it is kinda a symbiotic swap. NST gives NTU REE rights in their tenements while NTU gives NST non REE rights.

    it kinda expands the REE territory for NTU while giving NST, a huge mining market cap company, the opportunity and ability to mine non-REE elements.

    This might be scratch my back I scratch yours.

    I have no idea how big those parcels of land are from NST.
