What a great find you have with the last post:
The founding members of OGAT are Ndovu Resources (Ireland)...
This OGAT will have their say, and the Aminex subsidiary Ndovu is a founding member! That explains the delay in the commercialisation IMO and it's all for a good reason. The way I see it: in the negotiations with the government now we could reach much better commercialisation conditions and the entire process likely to speed up!
