We are sometimes happy,sad, pissed,upset.
There's nothing wrong with feeling all these.
We don't have to be perfect.

Very smart, focussed, perfectionist in everything they do.
We are allowed to just chill.
And say I'm ok and I don't care what anyone thinks.
Life is not perfect, we are not perfect.
I don't have to be perfect.
