If it was anything else ie relating to acquisition this would need to be mentioned in reason for suspension

Last technical update wasn't great and likely that this technical update relates to that

Only good news that is a possibility is that they will release some type of technical info that is positive - ie retention rate or more detailed metrics on the chip

This suspension has nothing to do with acquisition - long long way off - if ever.

I don't have that same assessment.

Technical issue from last Platform Lot "was resolvable" - no detail given - but to know that so quickly after the lot was complete and testing was attempted suggests to me they already knew the solution (something IMEC has dealt with before?) and were putting it into practice.

I'm going to stick with a new platform lot coming out of the oven two weeks ago. Hopefully it's a megabit.
