Trek Metals, which is exploring zinc, lead and gold deposits in Australia and Africa, is raising $5.5 million.
The raise was split as a $3.5 million placement and $2 million share purchase plan or right issue.
The offer was priced at 11.5¢ per Trek share, which is a 14.8 per cent discount to the last traded price, according to terms sent to investors.
11.5c isn't too bad. I am glad there is an SPP component too.
