inspired, what often happens is that things are going along swimmingly when an ANN comes out to say that shares HAVE ALREADY BEEN PLACED with some insto or sophisticated investors....after that the price often heads back to the placement price as you suggest.
In this case no shares have yet been placed. So who is gonna buy take them up if you can just buy them on market at the same price ?? As I said earlier perhaps a few newbies and diehard fans might but not enough to raise the necessary capital.
