The Buyers/Sellers and their respective numbers are not to be relied upon, imo. You may recall the phantom sell orders of last week..?
Looking down the BUY column I would discount all the large numbers at round figure price points today:
.387 buyers for 330242 shares at $14.00 for example.. and so on down the column.
Discounting these will see the numbers of buyers and sellers even up - consistent with todays flat stock price.
