The distribution deal doesn't seem anymore than a mirage. I would expect a distributor when they sign to bring with them some immediate outcomes. Otherwise considering they have been in talks for so long it doesn't seem to make any sense there is no forward plan that they would have developed at time of signing. And if there is one I don't understand why it's not been shared with us. Strike 2 pls and kick this management out.
