Personally my vote is a big NO.
You only need to look at Sydney property prices to understand the value of this asset is far higher. Not to mention the purpose, the fittings and all the potential for travel when things are restored back to normal.
This stock is worth at least $10 per share right now if not higher taking into account the assets owned alone and not the potential for travel. Why should it be sold any cheaper? Every share holder will likely benefit from the stock being at $10+ SP within the next few months or so, why should we sell cheaper now?
