market correctly thinks IGO is bidding
price is now 3.80-4.00
NP rise has stolen a march on IGOs delays
They ought to have bid last month when the NP dropped.

IF NP goes to 10-13 as I have called it by May to July 2022, WSA will be worth a lot more by then.
The NP boom is underway.

Time is against IGO here. They have delayed but will move sooner or later imho to mop up WSA.
