Not in any way unreasonable IMO, I would suggest that value on the BNPL segment would include a 50% margin of safety, personally I would expect in any takeover scenario $2.40 would be fair value with a takeover premium of 10-15% to give a value in a takeover scenario of between $2.70-$2.90.
That would coincide with where I would be a seller, that is IMO only and where my sell price would be.
For some perspective $2.70 is only about $1.3b market cap, hardly a stretch in the sector.
