They won't be able to come out and do a cap raising now, or at least in the short term.
They would have needed to go into a self imposed trading halt yesterday at least.
If they did come and do a cap raising after a price query, and today's announcement they would wind up in court very very quickly.
Plus the volume spike would be far too obvious as well
