Seriously, why should the management board get extra pay yet again? At my work, I only get bonus payments when I've done something extraordinary. What was extraordinary about the performance in the last few months that I don't already expect from a management board in a company? Also the bonus payment in trache 5 are not justified to me as we all realize that AVZ is undervalued in the market and A$2billion is just a matter of time. Moreover, increasing the market value is also an achievement I expect from a management board at AVZ!
We should also be aware of the monetary values we are talking about. 9,000,000 shares are worth more than A$3m according to the current market value, with a market value of A$2billion this is about A$6million bonus payment. As a comparison, Herbert Diess had a total salary of about 7m euros (A$11m) in 2019 and is responsible for over 600,000 employees and runs a company with a turnover of 223b euros (A$350b). But just my opinion
