I think it's fine. The management should be rewarded for their hard work, you should not compare this with a salary, here a giant is being created, like Amazon, Facebook, Apple, Tesla. AVZ is about the foundation of a company, look at the companies mentioned and their owners' share packages, they are all billionaires and in this comparison the bonuses with the new shares are fair and not too much.
