    Does anyone here cook with a Dutch or French oven?

    I've got a 'stew' on the go right now.

    Using brisket, which originally I was going to roast,

    but normally use chuck, or if I can find it, shin beef.

    (Osso Bucco), shin beef with the bone, but never used it as yet.

    Have no idea what brisket will taste like, (flavour and texture),

    but hopefully will be o.k.

    My cookpot is a 'baccarat, 4ltr, cast iron with white enamel interior

    and have been looking at getting a larger one.

    At $829, (on special for $489), a bit too pricey.

    Would love a green one of these.
