Interesting. I don't know what to make of this. I guess we'll find out more soon.

I was thinking after the conference call that being too conservative in the highly competitive space of Cyber Security might be a penny smart and pound dumb, especially after how much Brad seemed to indicate that they had too much opportunity to tend to. He also was very clear that they are not going to buy or develop any product that doesn't affix well with the current offering and the current customer pipelines. On the other hand, one thing that drew me to this company was its low share count and little history of dilution.

If I had to guess, I would think this placement would be to raise money to acquire a software offering that enhances Snare/Snare Central and/or allows more marketing/sales hires for Denver.

I would love to hear from someone who is more familiar with these matters than I am ...
