what about the 2.2b in debt that HUM has? any buyer also has to factor in over 5 times the market cap in loans. whether they pay it or absorb it, it is a massive sum of money to factor in to a buy and take on.
the hesitancy i have with hum being bought and to explain its valuation, iis its debt is just insane.
